Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and intention. I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely. I understand that taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming—and I want us to celebrate that moment of courage together.
As a first-generation Bolivian-American therapist, I bring a deep appreciation for cultural identity, intergenerational dynamics, and the unique challenges faced by BIPOC individuals. My work is especially focused on supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and identity struggles. I have experience working in school based environments, and community mental health. I work with teens facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as with older adults living with Alzheimer’s in open studio art settings.
My approach is tailored to each individual and is grounded in Person-Centered, strength based, CBT, DBT informed, Narrative, while also drawing from expressive arts, and culturally responsive practices. I believe therapy should be collaborative, creative, and tailored to your needs—and I meet each client with authenticity, care, and curiosity.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the pressures of perfectionism, imposter syndrome, family expectations, or simply the weight of trying to hold it all together—I see you. I’m here to support you in making meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
